Another shopping post… bear with me, I finally got back into online shopping/browsing and found some good things! Definitely saving my pennies for a few indulgences from Lilly x Target (a post coming next week!), but couldn’t resist filling a couple gaps in my spring/summer closet in the meantime.

ONE// Brooks Brothers Crossbody: If you’re looking for a leather crossbody, this could be it! You know you’ll get something of quality with BB and I like the unexpected navy vs. the more common black leather.
TWO// Persifor Tunic: I picked this up in blue a few weeks ago when Tuckernuck had an additional 20% off sale and took a chance with sizing (for reference, I got a medium and am going to let it shrink a little bit). It’s a little loose and will be great with white jeans, shorts, and over swimsuits! At $44, still a good buy for Persifor.
THREE// Society Social x Inslee Pillow: Two of my favorite small biz owners/creatives collaborated to create something wonderful. Many people say that an easy way to shake up your home decor and keep things fresh is to switch out the pillows, and I don’t know what could be more appropriate for the coming months than this one!
FOUR// Nordstrom Dish Towel: This towel comes from a new-to-me adorable line called Levtex … cute and kitschy, right? A few of these would be a great hostess gift to have on hand and gift with a bottle of wine since they don’t take up much space and are 2 for $20.
FIVE// J.Crew Factory Skirt: I just ordered this skirt during J.Crew Factory’s big sale earlier this week and can’t wait for it to come in. This came after a realization that 95% of my skirts are tweed or wool, even the solid ones, which won’t fly in DC April – October. I’m hoping the dark color hides the wrinkles that typically come with linen!

Found any good buys worth noting this week? A reminder that the Shopbop 25% off practically the entire site ends tonight at midnight – shop my picks here– with free shipping + free returns! Since there are so few designer exclusions, this is the time to pick up things that never go on sale :)

Can we take a moment to oogle at Tuckernuck’s newest arrivals? We all know how much I love winter but now I’m finding myself wishing for warmer temps, sandals, and sundresses. It was an instanteous no-brainer that this week’s TILT roundup was going to feature my favorites, which, conveniently enough, are almost all under $100. And now that Tuckernuck has free shipping + free returns, it’s going to be in even heavier rotation in the future :)

ONE// Serving Basin: I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: the older I get, the more and more I want to invest in pretty pieces for my home. Function meets style!
TWO// Sail to Sable Dress: Blue + white at its finest in a really flattering silhouette… also, no strapless bra needed! I like how it can easily be worn with flat sandals or dressed up a little more with some wedges. Perfect for graduation or a casual summer wedding, don’t you think?
THREE// Lobster Clutch: At $50, this is a pretty great classic summer clutch! I’ve started using clutches more in the past year and while I only have a couple, think that it would be worth adding a couple more to my collection to take a break from a heavier, bulkier workday tote. This one also comes in red + white.
FOUR// Double V Tank: Simple and great with dark blue or white jeans. I like the subtle, delicate layering and incorporating black into my wardrobe year round.
FIVE// Barbour Dress: Good quality, looser, non-strapless summer dresses around or under $100 are hard to come by. This one’s a simple style with classic colors and can double also be worn to work with a blazer or cardigan!

Found these gems on the internet right before I left for Germany and can’t wait to try on the sunglasses and necklace in store when I get back! The time to shop for spring is finally here (if you didn’t start early) so enjoy this variety before I start piling sundresses and shorts onto this weekly list…

ONE// Sur La Table Oven Mitt: Anyone else think oven mitts are seriously underrated? Considering anyone who cooks uses them on the reg, I think it would be nice to have a cute one or two or a nice set. Sur La Table is a dangerous black hole because everything is adorable and something you didn’t know that you wanted needed until you saw it. Basically, that makes it the best place to pick up gifts! Get this one for the Paris/travel-lover in your life.
TWO// Toni Pons Espadrilles: Wedges are amazing, but finding a modest heel height is a really lengthy process. I love these because even if you’re terrible in walking in heels (*raises hands*), they’d probably do well for long walks and look a little dressier than your standard flat summer sandal.
THREE// LOFT Sunglasses: I love these! I think, at least… sunglasses are tricky cause they’re so dependent on your facial structure, but if these don’t look totally stupid on me, I’d love to have them so I don’t rely so heavily on my pricier Ray-Bans. They’re the best, but it would be great to have a chic alternative :)
FOUR// Brooks Brothers Top: Yellow is a tricky color and if I like the idea of it for spring/summer if there’s a subtle hint of it incorporated in with other colors or a pattern. Stripes + a sailboat sounds like the perfect combination right now, and while a little pricey for a tee, I like to make some select exceptions for one of my favorite brands.
FIVE// Banana Republic Necklace: Guys you won’t believe it… I still haven’t found the perfect tassel necklace to match my criteria! Banana Republic is coming really close though. I’m planning to go into the store and try them on when I’m back in DC because based on what I’m seeing online, I have high hopes! Paired with a sale or Banana’s frequent 40% off one item promo, sounds like it may be worth the wait!
